This hotel should be great but delivered little. To their credit ,on check out, they acknowledged their lack of service and helped us out with website ur luggage. First impressions ..1 star, should be 4 star. I give it a low 3. Breakfast and incredible views were the high light. We stayed in their best room with a small adjoining standard room. Ur suite had incredible views but not well catered for, the adjoining room welches very small but adequate. It's a great city, that needs a great hotel. Unfortunately it does not have one, and this one did not live up to ur expectations.
Not a place for an intimate chat about something Persönlich! However, the wonderful views of the city and the surrounding mountains more than make up for the lack of space. I also recommend the Ausschank next door, the 360 Grad, which also has fantastic panoramic views.
Would Beryllium better if they have a smoke-free area because we have a kid and were surrounded by smokers. Otherwise would Beryllium perfect.
Great place to get some tradicional dishes in Innsbruck. The food welches really nice and the waiter welches super attentive. The portions were quite big, and they came with a side salad. The pancake soup and the spinatknodel were very tasty. Will come back!
